Since 1996, right in the midst of the Rencontres d'Arles festival, every first full week in July, Voies Off Festival offers an alternative program (exhibitions, projections, portfolio reviews, professional panel discussions) to a new generation of artists and photographers. Since its inception Voies Off has made a commitment to help young creators. The actions and goals of its program are designed to help and sponsor young fine-art photographers, to display and promote their works with the highest quality, and in the best manner possible.

From May 18 to May 20, The Street Collective will be back in Paris for the 2018 edition of Street Sans Frontières. This international exhibition, curated by Martin Vegas, will be attended by authors from 5 continents who showcase the best of contemporary street and documentary photography. 

From amateurs to established artists, these photographers are able to capture stories in different forms and deliver them to us, showing what happens in the streets of the world, through the outstanding and inspiring images. As part of the exhibit, the international group of photographers The Street Collective will also lead a special workshop conceived for Paris.

Street Photo Milan is the first collaborative event born in partnership with the Miami Street Photography Festival (MSPF).

The goal of Street Photo Milan is to create a global photography exchange to showcase the best of contemporary street and documentary photography and to foster cultural interaction between accomplished and emerging photographers, experts, amateurs and communities.

At Street Photo Milan there will be talks, workshops, photowalks, exhibitions, Portfolio reviews and a contest! The contest is open to all levels of photography and calls for your best images dedicated to documenting life in Italy.

World Press Photo Festival 2018 | Amsterdam

The World Press Photo Festival 2018 will take place in Amsterdam on 13 - 14 April.

For the first time our annual festival is taking place at Amsterdam’s Westergasfabriek - a new location chosen to offer a richer program with more exciting opportunities to discover the best of visual journalism and storytelling.

Expect a varied program including presentations, workshops and meetups. The festival features special guests speakers including award-winning visual journalists, and the renowned Sem Presser Lecture, supported by DuPho.

The flagship World Press Photo Exhibition 2018, displaying prize-winners’ work from the photo and digital storytelling contests, premiers at De Nieuwe Kerk during the festival before starting its world tour, giving festival ticket holders the chance to be among the very first to discover the exhibition.

Month of Photography Los Angeles

In April 2009, the inaugural Month of Photography Los Angeles (MOPLA) showcased the enormous photography community, inclusive of commercial, fine art and photojournalism. As the second largest photography community in the United States, Los Angeles provides a distinctive backdrop to the celebration of the photographic image.

MOPLA's two-fold mission is to advance dynamic programming designed to engage and stimulate the photography community, as well as to present a comprehensive resource of exhibitions and events.
